<p>(DALLAS, Texas) September 14, 2009 – As if the recession wasn’t bad enough … the iPhone, Blackberry and other mobile devices are chipping away at corporate bottom lines.</p>
<p>Multi-nationals are overspending millions because management of international based mobiles is perceived as just too complicated.</p>
<p>According to TAG, a U.S.-based telecom expense management company with Fortune 500 clients, several factors are to blame:</p>
<ul>
<li>The rapid unmonitored proliferation of mobile phones as a business device … with companies lacking a centralized tool to evaluate and control costs</li>
<li>Personal use on corporate mobile devices is more common than ever</li>
<li>Data (texts, e-mail, downloads between and to devices) is a growing cost category</li>
<li>Overages occur for multiple billing periods unchecked or uncorrected</li>
<li>Privacy laws, worker unions, language barriers, and currency conversions add to the complexity</li>
</ul>
<p>TAG founder and CEO Dieter Thompson says U.S. multinationals have been slow to react to the growing problem. “Wireless technology is nothing new to the enterprise, but tracking the expenses of those technologies has become more challenging as wireless devices have evolved from simple text and voice services to enterprise computing assets,” Thompson explains.</p>

<p>Amsterdam, 24 March 2009 – Ezwim today announced that <a href="http://www.stork.com" target="_blank">Stork</a>, a global player in the Aerospace and Technical Services industry, has selected <a href="http://www.ezwim.com/en/services/telecom-expense-management/" target="_self">Ezwim’s Telecom Service Management (TSM™) </a>service to streamline and standardize the MACD processes of telecom devices and subscriptions for more than 150 Stork subsidiaries. Stork selected TSM™ because the web-based service allowed them to automate telecom service management across the organization. The workflow solution automates telecom service requests like new devices, subscription changes and incidents (lost phone, broken handset etc.); it will improve task coordination and reduce costs.</p>
<p>Ezwim teamed with service provider partner <a href="http://www.micpoint.com" target="_blank">Micpoint </a>to implement the new service for Stork. TSM™ is fully integrated with Ezwim’s Telecom Expense Management services allowing Stork to have a complete Telecom Management service.</p>

<p><strong>Amsterdam, February 5</strong> – Ezwim, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for Telecom Management Services to enterprises and operators, today announced the sixth year in a row of double digit growth and has achieved 12 consecutive quarters of net profitability in 2008. Ezwim reports a Monthly Recurring Revenue growth of 57% in 2008; international sales increased over 300 percent. The growth demonstrates the increased market demand for Telecom Management services to help enterprises control telecom costs.</p>
<p>New business represents a mix of enterprise and operator customers delivered through direct sales and channel partners, both domestically and internationally. In 2008 Ezwim announced major partnerships with Sympac, KPN’s European mobile service provider and Telfort. In May Ezwim launched the  MNC™ Portal, Ezwim’s service to help global enterprise to optimize and manage telecom cost and service around the world. Additionally Ezwim introduced Telecom Service Management (TSM™) service, a workflow management service that enables enterprises to automate telecom processes. The introduction of Ezwim’s add-on services boosted both new sales and increased business within Ezwim’s existing customer base.</p>
