Amsterdam, January 18, 2011 – Ezwim, a leading vendor of on-demand telecom management services, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. as a Niche Player in the 2010 Magic Quadrant for Telecom Expense Management(1)report. The report is Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant for providers in the worldwide Telecom Expense Management (TEM) services market and evaluates 18 TEM providers.
According to the Gartner report, “The worldwide market for third-party services to manage telecom expenses is growing as demand increases from businesses of all sizes.” The report indicates that the TEM market grew from slightly more than $750 million in 2009 to just under $895 million in 2010.
