New Portal helps partners to take full control of Telecom Management customers

With this new service Ezwim extends its partner services by allowing them to work smarter through a Partner Interface that makes it easy for partners to set-up and manage their direct customers and improve the way they interact.
Partner Portal key features:
- Administration and Management portal: partners now have the option to onboard new customers themselves, create customized reports and support customers. This service allows partners to have full insight into their customers.
- Web Service and API’s: this allows for seamless integration into partner services or any other external platform.
- Rate plan analysis: the service imports and normalizes all the data available on rate plan cost and utilization and makes it available for further analysis. This service helps enterprises to make certain that they are not over paying on their services.
